Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, APIs, infrastructure, products, and services provided by Get Request Tech, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company ("Get Request," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Get Request, you agree to these Terms. If you use Get Request on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" and "your" will refer to that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use Get Request.
1. The Service
Get Request provides infrastructure and developer tools that allow users to receive, relay, inspect, retain, manage, and replay API requests and related request and response data.
Features, usage limits, retention periods, and other capabilities may differ depending on your subscription plan and may change from time to time.
Get Request may introduce, modify, discontinue, or replace features of the Service at its discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use Get Request.
You may use Get Request as an individual developer or on behalf of a company, development team, or other organization.
If you use Get Request on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, API keys, tokens, and other authentication information associated with your account.
You are responsible for all activity occurring through your account.
You must provide accurate account information and keep that information reasonably current.
You must notify Get Request promptly if you believe your account, credentials, or infrastructure has been compromised or used without authorization.
Get Request is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your credentials or systems.
4. Your API Data
When you use the Service, API requests, headers, payloads, query parameters, metadata, responses, logs, and other information may pass through or be stored by Get Request ("Customer Data").
You retain all ownership rights you have in your Customer Data.
You grant Get Request a limited, non-exclusive right to process, transmit, store, reproduce, and otherwise use Customer Data solely as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service and to comply with applicable law.
You are solely responsible for determining what information you transmit through Get Request and for ensuring that your collection and transmission of that information complies with applicable law and any agreements you have with third parties.
5. Sensitive and Regulated Data
Get Request is not designed to serve as a repository for highly sensitive or specially regulated information unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Unless expressly approved by Get Request, you must not use the Service to intentionally transmit or store:
- full payment card numbers, CVVs, or other payment card information subject to PCI DSS requirements;
- protected health information subject to HIPAA or equivalent health-data regulations;
- long-lived account passwords, private cryptographic signing keys, or master or root credentials for any system;
- government-issued identification numbers or similarly sensitive identification information;
- information whose processing through the Service would require Get Request to enter into a specialized regulatory agreement or certification that we have not expressly provided.
This section does not restrict the ordinary transmission of request-scoped authentication data — such as bearer tokens, API keys, session tokens, or signature headers — that is present in the normal course of the API traffic you route through the Service. Capturing and relaying that data is a core function of the Service. You are responsible for configuring your applications and integrations appropriately, including redacting, rotating, or excluding sensitive information when necessary.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Get Request to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights of another person;
- distribute malware, malicious code, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful software;
- conduct phishing, credential theft, fraud, unauthorized surveillance, or deceptive activities;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, or data;
- conduct denial-of-service attacks or intentionally interfere with third-party infrastructure;
- probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization;
- send illegal, abusive, or malicious network traffic;
- circumvent usage limits, security mechanisms, rate limits, access controls, or billing restrictions;
- resell or provide access to the Service in a manner substantially equivalent to Get Request without our written permission;
- use the Service in a way that could materially harm, overload, disrupt, or impair Get Request or its infrastructure; or
- assist another person in performing any prohibited activity.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Get Request, our users, third parties, or our infrastructure.
7. Subscription Plans
Get Request currently offers Free, Dev, and Pro plans.
The features, monthly request limits, data-retention periods, and other limits applicable to each plan are those displayed on Get Request's pricing page or within the Service at the time you subscribe.
We may modify plan features, pricing, or usage limits from time to time. Changes to paid subscriptions will apply prospectively as communicated to you or from a subsequent billing period unless otherwise required by law.
8. Paid Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are offered as monthly subscriptions unless otherwise stated.
When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize Get Request and its payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees and taxes to your selected payment method.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.
You may cancel a subscription through the account interface where available. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and there are no credits or prorated refunds for unused subscription periods, unused requests, account cancellations, downgrades, or suspended accounts.
9. Payment Processing
Payment processing is provided by Stripe or another payment provider identified by Get Request.
Get Request does not store complete payment card numbers, CVVs, or other full payment credentials on its servers or databases.
Your use of payment-processing functionality may also be subject to the applicable payment processor's terms and privacy practices.
Get Request may receive information from its payment processor relating to your subscription, such as billing status, transaction status, customer identifiers, payment method type, or limited billing metadata necessary to administer your subscription.
10. Usage Limits
Each subscription plan may include limits on the number of API requests or other Service resources that may be used during a billing or usage period.
When your account reaches its applicable request limit, Get Request may stop accepting new API requests for that account.
Get Request does not currently provide automatic overage billing or throttled service after a plan limit has been reached.
Access may resume when the applicable usage allowance resets or when you upgrade to an eligible plan with additional capacity.
You are responsible for monitoring your usage and selecting a plan appropriate for your application's requirements.
11. No Service-Level Agreement
Unless Get Request separately agrees to a written service-level agreement with you, the Service is provided without any guaranteed uptime, availability, response time, processing time, throughput, recovery time, or other service level commitment.
Get Request may experience scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, outages, degradation, infrastructure failures, third-party failures, security incidents, or other interruptions.
You should not rely on Get Request as the sole mechanism for preserving data or maintaining the availability of systems where loss or interruption could result in material harm.
You are responsible for implementing appropriate backups, redundancy, retry logic, monitoring, failover processes, and other safeguards appropriate to your application.
12. Changes to the Service
We may add, remove, suspend, limit, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service.
We may also release experimental, preview, beta, or early-access features. Such features may be incomplete, unreliable, changed substantially, or discontinued without notice and are provided without service-level commitments.
Where reasonably practicable, we will attempt to provide advance notice of material changes that significantly affect paid customers.
13. Third-Party Services
Get Request may depend upon or integrate with third-party infrastructure, cloud platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, databases, telecommunications providers, APIs, and other services.
We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, security, performance, acts, omissions, or changes to their services.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate agreements between you and those providers.
14. Intellectual Property
Get Request and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, technology, APIs, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other materials, excluding Customer Data.
Subject to these Terms, Get Request grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your own internal development or business purposes.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Get Request intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of proprietary portions of the Service except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, feature requests, or other feedback concerning Get Request, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
This does not grant Get Request ownership of your Customer Data.
16. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information relating to account holders and visitors is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because you determine the information contained in API requests transmitted through the Service, you are responsible for providing any notices, obtaining any consents, and establishing any legal basis required for the processing of information you transmit to Get Request.
17. Data Retention and Account Deletion
During your use of the Service, Customer Data may be retained according to the retention limits applicable to your subscription plan.
Following termination or deletion of your account, Get Request will generally delete Customer Data associated with the account from active systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, protect the security or integrity of the Service, prevent fraud or abuse, or otherwise permitted under applicable law.
Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, disaster-recovery systems, or system logs until those systems are overwritten or deleted in accordance with our normal retention processes.
You are responsible for exporting or preserving any Customer Data you wish to retain before terminating your account.
Get Request is not obligated to recover Customer Data after deletion.
18. Suspension
We may immediately suspend or restrict your access to some or all of the Service if:
- you exceed your plan's applicable usage limits;
- payment is overdue, declined, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful;
- you violate these Terms;
- your use creates a security, legal, operational, or infrastructure risk;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or unauthorized access;
- suspension is necessary to protect Get Request, another user, or a third party;
- we are required to do so by law or a governmental authority; or
- continued service could materially harm Get Request's systems or infrastructure.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
19. Termination
You may stop using Get Request or cancel your account at any time.
Get Request may terminate these Terms or your access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create material risk to the Service or others, engage in unlawful or abusive activity, or if Get Request discontinues the Service.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ends.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including provisions concerning intellectual property, payments owed, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution—will survive.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET REQUEST AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
GET REQUEST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, ACCURACY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
GET REQUEST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR UNINTERRUPTED;
- API REQUESTS WILL ALWAYS BE RECEIVED, RETAINED, DELIVERED, OR REPLAYED SUCCESSFULLY;
- CUSTOMER DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST OR CORRUPTED;

- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR INFRASTRUCTURE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE; OR
- THE SERVICE WILL MEET EVERY USER'S PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS.
YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
21. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GET REQUEST TECH, LLC., ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, GET REQUEST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- LOST, DROPPED, DUPLICATED, DELAYED, CORRUPTED, OR MISROUTED API REQUESTS;
- FAILURE TO RETAIN OR REPLAY REQUESTS;
- LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF CUSTOMER DATA;
- SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR OUTAGES;
- FAILURE OF THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE;
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS RESULTING FROM CREDENTIALS OR SYSTEMS CONTROLLED BY YOU;
- DOWNSTREAM APPLICATION FAILURES;
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR
- ACTIONS TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON THE AVAILABILITY OR OPERATION OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET REQUEST'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED:
(A) FOR A PAID USER, THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO GET REQUEST DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
(B) FOR A USER WHO HAS NOT PAID GET REQUEST ANY FEES DURING THAT PERIOD, US $100.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of liability and even if Get Request has been advised that damages were possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes either party's liability for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, or for Get Request's breach of its confidentiality obligations under these Terms, in each case to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Get Request Tech, LLC., its affiliates, owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from or relating to:
- your use of the Service;
- your Customer Data;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your infringement or violation of another person's rights; or
- your applications, systems, products, services, customers, or integrations connected to Get Request.
Get Request may assume control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to reasonably cooperate with that defense.
23. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, on our website, or through another reasonable method.
The updated Terms will state their effective date.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
25. Electronic Communications
You agree that Get Request may communicate with you electronically regarding your account, billing, security, legal notices, Service updates, and other matters relating to your use of Get Request.
You are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address associated with your account.
Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
Get Request may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or similar transaction, or to an affiliate or successor.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies or additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Get Request regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements or understandings concerning the same subject matter.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
29. Waiver
A failure by Get Request to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
